FAQ
1. How do I know how long to book for?
We can chip 7-11 cubic meters per hour. That is, on average, 1 to 3 trees per hour. Additional time may be required if we need to gather and/or prune branches before processing.
2. What size of branches can the machine chip?
Our chipper can easily handle branches up 150mm in diameter, given that they are not too dry.
3. What don't you chip?
No garden waste, Palm Trees, Bamboo or Fibrous plants.
4. What do you use the wood chips for?
We use the wood chips to create a carbon rich compost, which in-turn feeds our worms.
5. Can I keep the wood chips?
Yes, you are welcome to keep it and use it as you wish.
